2What members post
A take is one person’s opinion. Members may own what they talk about, may be wrong, and may not say when they’re being paid, even though the rules require it. We don’t check posts for accuracy, and a verified badge says who someone is, not that they’re right.
Something staying up on Fern doesn’t mean we agree with it. If a post looks like a scam or a pump, report it: the Community Rules say what comes down.
3Prices, charts and news
Prices, charts, market hours, logos and news come from outside providers. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a price on Fern may not be one you could trade at. Check anything that matters with an official source before acting on it. The news belongs to the publishers who wrote it; we link to the original.
4AI summaries
The summaries on News are written by an AI model from the article. They can leave out what matters, get a number wrong or misread the story. They’re a way in, not a replacement: read the article before relying on anything in one.
5Investing is risky
- You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Crypto, memecoins, options and other leveraged or thinly traded assets can lose most of their value quickly.
- What happened before is no guide to what happens next.
- Your decisions are your own, and so are their results. Fern isn’t responsible for any loss that comes from acting on something you saw here (see the Terms of Service, sections 14 and 15).

Posts and stories can link to sites we don’t run. We don’t check them, don’t endorse them and aren’t responsible for them. Be careful with any link that asks for a password, a wallet key or money.
